We’ve added the ability to define time ranges for different activities within each shift in the timetable. This way, both employees and administrators will have clear information about how much time should be dedicated to each activity during a shift. You can create up to 8 activities per shift.
When creating a custom shift, you’ll find the Activities tab among the configuration options. There, you can create up to 8 activities linked to that shift and set their start and end times. This allows you to organise each shift efficiently, assigning specific time intervals to the appropriate activities. It’s a great tool for administrators when coordinating tasks, and for employees who can easily see what they need to do and when.
In the shift timetable, you can also customise what is visible in each shift. Regarding activities, you can choose whether or not to display them. If enabled, the full list of activities will appear directly in the shift. If not, they’ll be shown in a pop-up when hovering over the shift.
