You can now enable employees when their contracts start!


Until now, the only option available was to automatically disable an employee when their contract ended. However, from now on, you can also automatically enable them when their contracts start, thus eliminating manual processes.

To enable the option, go to Configuration > Automations > User accesses. The user will remain disabled until the start of their contract.

What should you keep in mind?

  • Disabled employees will be enabled on the day their contracts start.
  • Enabling users will not affect employees without a contract who are already enabled.
  • Employees will remain disabled until they are activated.
