We’ve revamped the Recruitment section to streamline your workspace within Sesame, making it easier and faster to find what you need. After all, the most important search is the one that helps you findthe best talent for your team.

What has changed?

First things first: say goodbye to tabs and hello to the side menu

We know how much you loved navigating through the Recruitment tabs (😉), but let’s be honest, it was time for an upgrade. Now, everything’s neatly organized in a practical side menu: Vacancies, Candidates, and Configuration.

Don’t worry, you won’t get lost. You’ll still find everything you need right where you expect it:

  • Vacancies: head here to review all active job offers or create new ones.
  • Candidates: go here whenever you need to find a candidate or check someone’s details.

Where you’ll notice the difference is in Configuration, because we’ve reorganized everything to help you find what you need in the most intuitive way possible. The three main sections are: 

  • Employment portal: here, you can customize your portal’s URL, add a default image for shared vacancies, write a welcome message or an “About us” section, and activate/deactivate posting offers to Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Company data: add key information about your company, such as your website, social media links, and privacy policy.
  • Templates: create and manage email templates for candidates, customize categories and statuses to standardize your processes, and build questionnaires for applicants to fill out.
