What are Candidate Pools and why will they become your new ally?
This new tool lets you organize and save potential candidates in groups classified by their skills, experience, or interest in future opportunities. It’s like having shortlists of qualified talent ready to use, even before you open a vacancy.

How does it work?
Within the Recruitment tool, you’ll find the Talent Pool section, where you can create as many pools as you need. Just click Add Pool, complete the details, and confirm with Create.
Inside each pool, click Add candidate to open the list of all registered candidates and select the ones you want to add.
