Specific roles can now manage objectives

At Sesame, we understand that defining and tracking objectives is key to every team’s success. That’s why we’ve updated our Objectives tool in a way you’re going to love: now managers, as well as workplace and department administrators, can manage the objectives of the people under their charge!

What’s new with this update?

Until now, only users with a general role could create, edit, delete, and assign objectives. With this update, the management of objectives becomes more decentralized: managers, as well as workplace and department administrators, can now manage the objectives of the people under their charge.

What are the benefits of this?

  • More autonomy for your managers. This update allows managers, as well as workplace and department administrators, to define and closely track their team’s objectives. In doing so, you’ll be boosting both productivity and leadership.
  • Clear and in-depth visibility. Users with specific roles will only see the information related to the people under their charge. They’ll be able to create, edit, and delete objectives, as well as assign key results and update progress.
  • More productive conversations. Access to objectives and their progress enables managers to have more personalized conversations with their team members, provide constructive feedback, and guide individual growth.
  • Constant monitoring. The ability to update objective progress ensures that information stays current in real time.

We’ve designed this update to equip your leaders with the tools they need to enhance team performance and development, while aligning individual goals with the company’s strategic objectives (OKRs).

Ready to take your company’s objective management to the next level? Empower your leaders with the autonomy they need to guide their teams toward success!
