If you’re already using our Recruitment tool, setting up your internal employment portal takes just a moment. Here’s how:
Go to: Recruitment >> Configuration >> Employment portal >> Publications on portals. There, simply enable the switch, and you’re all set!
Without even realizing it, you now have an internal employment portal! Use this space to post exclusive job openings for your team or make them public. It’s entirely up to you!
🧠 We’ve got you covered
- A direct shortcut for your employees. Once you enable the switch, employees will see a new item called “Internal job openings” in Sesame’s side menu. From there, they can explore all available opportunities with just a click.
- Smart job opening creation. When creating a new job opening, you can now choose whether to publish it internally, publicly, or both. Pick your own adventure and decide where your job posting should appear!
- More control, more visibility. We’ve added a new filter, “Application source” (manual, ATS, internal portal). This lets you track where your candidates are coming from, and prioritize internal talent if you wish.
