More control in just a few clicks
Now, when publishing your shift planning, you can choose exactly what information to share, when to share it, and with whom. This allows for more precise communication, tailored to your team’s real needs.
The new publishing process includes two key options:
- Choose the dates you want to publish
- Select the exact dates for which shifts will be published.
- Perfect for sharing just next week’s shifts or those related to a specific project, without revealing the full long-term plan.
- Select the employees
- In the same step, choose which employees’ shifts to publish.
- Ideal for publishing schedules for a specific team or excluding people whose shifts are still pending confirmation.
