- Reach details: find out the total number of recipients, as well as the views and reactions for each announcement.
- Access devices: discover which devices (computer, mobile phone) employees use to access your announcements for the first time.
- Traffic sources: analyze where the views are coming from (dashboard, app, or push notifications).
But, you’re probably wondering, “What’s the use of all this?” Well, imagine:
- Understanding which announcements generate the highest interest among employees.

Where can you find your metrics? Go to Communication >> Announcements, and locate the “Reach” column in the main table. By clicking on the percentage in each row, you can access the metrics for each announcement.
