Your contract data report, now more complete


We’ve upgraded our Contract data report so no detail slips through the cracks, whether for your current workforce or employees who are no longer part of the company. The goal? A complete view of your entire contract history, all in one place.

What’s new?

To make this a single, go-to report, we’ve added new fields and advanced filters:

  • Consolidated history: you can now include both active and inactive employees in the same report. Just check the new box in the filters before generating the document.
  • Detailed leave reasons: if an employee has left the company, the report will automatically display the Leave type and Leave reason columns, as long as they were recorded in the platform.
  • Seniority date: we’ve added this key column alongside the contract start date so you can identify each person’s tenure at a glance.
