We’ve upgraded our Contract data report so no detail slips through the cracks, whether for your current workforce or employees who are no longer part of the company. The goal? A complete view of your entire contract history, all in one place.
What’s new?
To make this a single, go-to report, we’ve added new fields and advanced filters:
- Consolidated history: you can now include both active and inactive employees in the same report. Just check the new box in the filters before generating the document.
- Detailed leave reasons: if an employee has left the company, the report will automatically display the Leave type and Leave reason columns, as long as they were recorded in the platform.
- Seniority date: we’ve added this key column alongside the contract start date so you can identify each person’s tenure at a glance.
