This week we rolled out the redesign of the Results view in the Evaluations tool, a project we’ve worked on with a lot of care. We’ve simplified the entry point so you can find what you’re looking for instantly.
Here are the details of this update:
Now, when you enter the Results view, you’ll find a clearer, more organised layout with three quick-access cards that let you choose what you want to do:
- Results by employee: the familiar, detailed per-employee view.
- Download results: a shortcut to export your reports in the format you want, in just one click.
- Company results (coming soon 🔐): for now, this card will appear locked. That’s not a mistake—we’re getting everything ready for what’s coming in the next few weeks.
What’s behind the “Coming soon” card?
We’re putting the finishing touches on what will become your most-consulted results. This view will give you a high-level snapshot of your entire organisation, with real-time KPIs, average scores by competency, and a complete picture of your company’s current state—without having to navigate employee by employee.
