The “nationality” field is now deprecated and will be permanently removed on 1 December 2025. Until then, it will continue to function as usual to give you time to update your integration smoothly.
We recommend switching to the new “nationalities” field, which supports multiple nationalities per employee, offering greater flexibility and alignment with real-world cases.
Why this change?
The new “nationalities” field better reflects real-world scenarios by allowing you to register multiple nationalities per employee. It also helps ensure compliance with legal requirements in different countries.
With this improvement, we aim to support more complete integrations and enable clearer, more precise data management.
