Anonymous surveys collect honest responses because people trust that their data is protected. With this update, that protection extends to every section of Company results.
What’s new, section by section
- Anonymous mode: when you access the results of an anonymous survey, you’ll see a notice at the top confirming that the survey is anonymous and explaining why some results are not available.
- 6-response restriction, active in every section: previously, it only applied when filters were manually applied. It now also protects the distribution views by Workplace, Department, or Group, and the Heat Map. Areas that don’t reach the minimum threshold appear in gray with no score.
- Fully anonymized Heat Map: data is now sorted by overall score, with no names, departments, or avatars shown.
- Question detail grouped by option: responses are presented grouped by option with their percentage.
- Open-text responses signed as “Anonymous”: open-ended questions no longer show names and will be identified as “Anonymous”.
- List of pending questionnaires in alphabetical order: without indicating whether each person has responded or not, to preserve the privacy of participation status.
- Results are hidden when there are not enough responses: if the survey has 5 or fewer people assigned, results will not be visible.
