We’ve improved contract annex management so you can work with greater speed and security. From now on, any change you record in an annex will be automatically reflected across the entire platform.
What’s new?
From now on, when you create an annex, you can:
- Update key contract details. Modify important information such as the contract end date, seniority date, job position, or working time conditions.
- See changes reflected across the entire platform. Once the annex comes into effect, the data will be automatically updated in the employee profile, the expiration list, Payroll preparation, and People Analytics reports.
- Edit the original contract with flexibility, as only the specific field you modified in the annex will be locked.
- Enjoy this improvement for all your previous annexes, which will now automatically update each employee’s actual situation, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
And for more technical teams… new API possibilities!
We’ve also released the necessary endpoints so you can manage annexes through our API. From now on, your development team can create, retrieve, update, and delete annexes without using the graphical interface, opening up a world of possibilities for integration with other systems and automation of your workflows.
