Managing your team from your mobile phone has never been easier. That’s why we’re introducing two new features that will help you find and manage people in your organization more efficiently, directly from the Sesame app.
Direct manager displayed in each person’s profile
You can now see each person’s direct manager in their profile within the Sesame app. This allows administrators to easily check who reports to whom by simply opening a profile.
This information will only be displayed if your company uses and has the organizational chart enabled in the Sesame panel. The app pulls this data directly from that chart. If the organizational chart is not active, the space reserved for the manager’s name will remain empty.
New role-based filter in the Team section
We’ve added a new filter in the Team view so you can more easily find and manage people based on their role in the company.
The new filter is called “Position in the company”. To use it:
- Go to the Team view in the app.
- Tap the Filter button.
- Select “Position in the company“.
- Choose one or more roles, and you’ll see on screen the people who match the criteria you selected.
