Until now, giving managers access to the Payroll preparation section meant exposing sensitive company-wide data, but that’s no longer the case.
You can now safely grant view and edit access in the Payroll module to your team managers with complete peace of mind.
How does it work?
We’ve implemented an automatic privacy filter. This means that when a manager accesses the Payroll preparation, Supplements, or Variables tabs, they will only see employees from their own team, exclusively and automatically.
This update turns month-end closing into a faster and more secure process:
- For HR and administrators: you can ask managers to upload variable pay items directly to the platform.
- For managers: they no longer need to send external files to manage their team’s supplements. With a clean, focused list of their own employees, management becomes faster and error-free.
