What are the advantages?
- Data privacy ensured. Users with lower roles who are assigned as supervisors will only have access to information about the team members they manage. They won’t be able to see any data about individuals not under their charge.
- Direct access to information. With this change, managers now have direct access to the Evaluations and Surveys section, allowing them to view their team’s results instantly.
- Detailed results. Supervisors with lower roles will only have access to the results of the people they manage, ensuring privacy. They will also be able to filter and download the results for further analysis.
- Help, Sesame AI! If you’re subscribed to Sesame AI, lower roles can use this artificial intelligence tool to analyze their team’s results and receive recommendations on potential actions to implement.
With this update, both managers and workplace/department administrators can engage in more productive conversations with their team members, offer meaningful feedback, and help each person grow at their own pace.
